Home School Communication with Parents and Carers

We appreciate that modern families are complex and that relationships may break down from time to time meaning that communication with home and school can become more difficult.

At Chertsey High School we are keen to work with all parents and carers in supporting their child's education. Where possible we will accommodate requests to share information with all parental stakeholders, as long as there is no statutory reason for your child's safety not to.

We will pledge to communicate with all parents and carers involved in supporting your child. Ensuring that all relevant parties are kept abreast of the highs and the lows, to ensure that you are able to celebrate and support them.

We need you to pledge to inform us immediately of any changes to your contact details. This will enable us to contact you in an emergency. This will also ensure that we can all parents and carers copies of termly data and end of year reports, plus invite you to meetings, parents' evenings and performances.

It is the parental/ carer's individual responsibility to provide the following current contact details to enable us to stay in touch and keep you informed:
