We highly recommend doing at least 1 hour of exercise every day. Regular exercise has a huge potential to enhance you mental wellbeing & physical health. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. This improves your heart and lung health, which gives you more than enough energy to tackle your daily schoolwork with a fresh mind. Exercise also releases chemicals like endorphins that improve your mood
