Reporting absence on the day

To report an unplanned absence, please contact the appropriate Year Group Co-ordinator before 8am on the first day of absence and each subsequent day by one of the following options:

Please provide the following information:

  • Student's full name
  • Year group
  • Tutor group
  • Reason for absence.

Please note you may be asked to provide medical evidence.
